On March 2006, Leticia A “Letty” Perez began her Real Estate career in Miami-Dade County.
There was no large team, no established book of business, and no shortcut to success. There was simply hard work, determination, and a genuine desire to help people.
Letty started by building relationships one client at a time. Over the years, those relationships became the foundation of her career—and eventually, the foundation of L. A. Realty Group, LLC.

After years of building her career and earning the trust of her clients, Letty took the next step.
On July 2013, she became a Real Estate Broker. Just one month later, on August 2013, she opened L. A. Realty Group, LLC.
What began as one woman's real estate career had grown into a business built around the same values that started it all—hard work, personal service, honesty, and relationships.

Over the years, Letty's business grew in a way that can't be measured by numbers alone. Much of her business has come through referrals and word of mouth—people who trusted her enough to send their family, friends, and colleagues her way.
And those relationships didn't end when the closing was over.
As clients moved to different parts of Florida, many continued to reach out to Letty when they needed help with real estate. They didn't want to start over with someone new. They wanted someone they already knew and trusted.
